I cannot let this opportunity go by without extending a very sincere thank you for arranging the repair of our loveseat and also to those who did the work so quickly and so well. Quality Sofamakers constructed this matching loveseat for us almost 10 years ago when we were having our existing sofabed reupholstered by you. Last week, when our condo was being repainted , the loveseat was being moved and in the process one of the legs broke loose from its support. Our first thought to to call Quality Sofamakers and ask if you would be able to repair for us. How delighted we were that you would take on that task. You sent your driver the next day to pick up our loveseat and you repaired it the following day. Within 48 hours, it was back in our living room with not only that one leg repaired but all four corners of the framework reinforced solidly. Now that's a service! Our surprise did not stop there. That you would consider the loveseat to be still under warranty because it was made by you is remarkable and we thank you for doing the repair at no cost to us - not even charging for pick up and delivery. It is with pleasure that I write this note for The Quality Sofamakers.
I visited The Quality Sofamakers showroom after years of wanting a custom sofa for an awkward basement space. Ayshana was working the first day i went in and she spent quite a bit of time with me discussing styles, material, measurements and fabric. Over the course of the next week we had refined my family's requirements to make the sofa and ottoman comfortable, accurately sized for the space and found a durable yet attractive fabric after much searching. I also arrived with a budget that had to be met. After making a few adjustments, we were able to have a product created that met all of our needs and stayed within our budget. As well, the sofa and ottoman were delivered in a timely manner, which is much faster than ordering a custom sofa from your typical retail storefront. Thank you so much to Ayshana and the staff at the Quality Sofamakers for making our basement family room a much more comfortable and attractive place!
